Ashley grew up in Quispamsis, NB. After fascinating experiences with alternative medicine, she decided to pursue her dream of helping others through natural therapy and became a registered acupuncturist and foot reflexologist through the Natural Medicine Institute. Ashley finished her training for reflexology in May 2014, and for acupuncture in July 2015, and is a member in good standing of the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada.
Since her studies concluded in 2015, Ashley has worked with many people to help them improve their overall health. She says, “I’m very happy to start this new chapter in my life and I am proud to empower everyone to achieve their health and wellness.”
Outside of holistic medicine, Ashley loves spending time with her friends, family and animals. She also values music and travel.
