About Ashley

Ashley grew up in Quispamsis, NB. After fascinating experiences with alternative medicine, she decided to pursue her dream of helping others through natural therapy and became a registered acupuncturist and reflexologist. Ashley finished her training for reflexology in May 2014, and for acupuncture in July 2015, and is a member in good standing of the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada.
Since her primary studies concluded in 2015, Ashley has continued taking many advance courses in mental health, fertility, allergy elimination, insomnia and pain conditions.
Outside of holistic medicine, Ashley loves spending time with her friends, family and animals. She also values music and travel.

ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is an ancient form of medicine involving the insertion of sterile, disposable needles, into the skin at specific points on the body. Acupuncture is often used as an alternative to or in combination with conventional therapies or medications. Acupuncture is extremely successful in the prevention and treatment of a multitude of conditions.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet and hands. These points and areas correspond to different body organs and systems, and pressing on them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person's general health. Millions of people around the world often use reflexology to complement other treatments when addressing conditions.
